Yes — the feature supports commodity salt products as well as professional service listings.
What happens after a seller responds?
You can accept or decline the quoted offer directly from your Quote Requests dashboard.
Are quotes binding?
No. Quotes are invitations to negotiate and are not contractual commitments.
Can I see my quote history?
Yes. All incoming and outgoing requests are saved under "Quote Requests" in your dashboard.
Can I see freight costs before I send a request?
Yes, on product requests: choose how the shipment loads — 40ft or 20ft containers with a count, or palletised big bags — and the panel shows an indicative freight range and transit time for the lane before you send. It is saved with the request so the seller sees the same figures, and you can re-check it while the request is pending.
Are the freight estimates binding?
No. They come from Freightos and are indicative only — never a bookable rate; final freight is agreed with the seller. Where a lane has no published rate, or the calculator is busy, the app tells you plainly and your request still goes through.
